IL Gas Pipe

Our IL gas piping is an air-insulated gas vent system that is designed for use with naturally aspirated gas appliances with zero or negative pressure systems, either with draught hoods or with flue gas temperatures that do not exceed 250°C. 

Our gas pipes are constructed in a range of straight lengths, associated fittings, and accessories. The gas piping is available in three different diameter sizes including 100mm, 125mm, and 150mm. 

The gas pipes feature a 0.3mm inner wall that is constructed from aluminium and the outer wall (also 0.3mm) is fabricated from Zalutite (steel that is coated in zinc and aluminium) with a 6mm incorporated air gap between the two. This allows the inner wall to freely expand as the temperature changes inside the gas vent.

This twin wall system has a 50mm distance to combustibles and it fits together using a ‘twist-lock’ method, meaning that the components are pushed together and twisted to engage the locking device. This not only provides a secure and firm connection, but it also ensures ease of assembly.
