Twin Wall Pipe 1000mm dia 150mm - Black
Our 1000mm twin wall flue pipes are made of the finest materials and they are manufactured by a well-known company, TWPro. Utilising a simple push-fit joint system, these flue pipes are very easy to use and install. In addition, these 1000mm twin wall flue pipes have a diameter of 150mm and they come with a guarantee of 12 years.
This item comes with a FREE locking band.
Application
These 150mm twin wall pipes should only be used with gas appliances, oil appliances, and solid fuel appliances. This includes wood stoves, gas coal effect fires, oil boiler, and any solid fuel appliances. A locking band is provided with all of the parts that require one for safe and secure connections.
It is not recommended to connect a powder coated black twin wall directly to the outlet of the stove due to the heat potentially negatively affecting the powder coating.
Construction
The 1000mm black twin wall pipe has an outer skin that is constructed with 304-grade stainless steel and it is 0.4mm thick. This is then powder coated in a high temperature black finish. The inner skin of the black twin wall flue pipe is made from 316-grade stainless steel and it is also 0.4mm thick. These 150mm pipes have compressed rockwool as insulation which gives it a density of 128kg per cubic metre. All of the pipe parts are fully welded and the distance to combustibles is 60mm.
Installation
Our flue pipes come with a locking band to secure chimney parts together. Please ensure that you keep a safe distance of 60mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible material, such as wood or plaster board.
Approvals
Our black insulated pipes are HETAS approved for use with solid fuel applications and they are CE marked.
