Our range of 150mm roof support brackets is designed to support your flue system by providing lateral stability as the flue penetrates through the roof. These pipe brackets are very quick and easy to install and they enable your flue to be installed vertically through the roof. This twin wall product is also manufactured by a well-known company called TWPro and it comes with a guarantee of 12 years.
Application
The 150mm roof support bracket can be attached to the rafters be screwing through the holes to provide a secure fixing point. The support bracket can then be clamped around the flue pipe and adjusted to fit the pitch of your roof.
Our roof supports are suitable for use on solid fuel, gas, and oil appliances such as wood stoves, gas, coal effect fires, and oil boilers.
Construction
Outer skin is made from 304 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. This is then powder coated in a high temperature Black finish. Inner skin is made from 316 grade stainless steel and is 0.4mm thick. Insulation is compressed rockwool giving a density of 128kgper cubic metre. All parts are fully welded.
Installation
The twin wall insulated chimney parts are secured together by using a locking band. Make sure that you keep a distance of 60mm from the outside of the flue to any combustible materials, such as wood or plaster board.
Approvals
Our 150mm roof supports are HETAS approved and they have been CE marked.
