Easy site to find and order materials I needed, no hidden extras, delivered very quick within 2 working days, nothing was damaged upon delivery and the products are of very good quality at a very competitive price, thoroughly pleased with my order and would definitely use again and recommend.

Delivery very good, large cardboard box had strapping on which cut into box. Inside was a cowel perfect, storm collar perfect.... the twin wall pipe was partially squashed at one end and the lead flashing was shaped like a Stetson . Should have been palletised for the price, so a little bit disgruntled, although product is of very good standard.

Well packed and no damage!

Good morning. The products are first class so long as they stay looking good against the weather elements. They fit together very easily and its just like building a meccano set. The only complaint as a private individual is that you do not do a returns policy..It didn't seem a problem collecting the part you sent incorrectly but regarding the unopened bracket and a length of pipe I had surplus you were not interested...I would expect a restocking charge but not a flat refusal. I am told if I had bought directly from the manufacturer they would take returns FOC ………other than that everything was fine...Thank you
