Our 150mm silicone flashings are made of EPDM and they are specifically compounded for maximum resistance to weathering, whether it’s ultraviolet light or ozone. The base on these flashings is designed to form a tight seal around most panel configurations and roof pitches irrespective of the location of the pipe.
The 150mm Seldek Nu-Lead pipe flashings feature lead that is coated with Acrylead, which is an acrylic protective covering that prevents the lead oxides from escaping. Not only does this mean that the Nu-Lead flashing is safer to work with, but it also will not corrode or stain your roof and gutters. The Acrylead coating also acts as a primer which enables you to paint the flashing with any colour to match your roof.
